Hey, Y’all! Welcome to Our Community Corner!
Love, Cats, and Finding our Center
Hey there! I’m Logan (she/her), your local pop-up yoga instructor. My mission is simple: make yoga accessible, fun, and completely stress-free. When I'm not leading a class in a park or brewery, you can usually find me cuddling my two rescue cats, exploring Raleigh's best coffee shops, or finding the perfect song for my next playlist. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful space for everyone is my top priority. Come exactly as you are, always.
My Raleigh Roadmap: Local Spots I Love
My Go-To for a Post-Class Treat
Sola Coffee in Raleigh. Give me a smoked salmon toast and a seasonal iced latte—because life is too short to choose just one favorite flavor.
Best Place to Catch Local Art/Goods
Supporting our Triangle makers is my love language. I’m constantly inspired by the creativity at the NC State Farmers Market and always find the most unique, 'must-have' gifts at Edge of Urge. There’s nothing like a local find to make your day.
Where I Recharge (Away from the City Noise)
Nothing beats a quiet walk on the Shelley Lake or Umstead loops to gather my energy before a class. Whether I’m getting lost in the art at NCMA or soaking up the vibes at the Downtown Cary Park, these are the spots where I quiet the noise and find my flow.
The “Hometown Energy”
If you want to find me in a crowd, look for the loudest fan at a Canes game! There’s nothing like the energy at the Lenovo Center. Fun fact: I actually used to cheer for the team, so I’m a total sucker for that high-octane, supportive environment. It’s the ultimate place to connect and feel the Raleigh spirit.
Curating Our Practice:Playlists for Every Mood
Music shapes our practice. Here are the playlists I’m currently obsessing over—perfect for a morning stretch, a focused afternoon, or simply relaxing.
The Home Studio Assistants
Meet the real bosses of the home studio:
Meet Mila (The Cuddler) and Roo (The Chaos Agent). They are the reason every piece of my yoga clothing is covered in fur, and I wouldn't have it any other way. One provides the zen, the other provides the zoomies. 🐾
