Hey Yogis!
My name is Logan Wheless. I am the founder of Zenmeowt in Raleigh, NC.
I have been practicing yoga for many years and am now fulfilling a dream to help others grow their practice. My hope is to build a community for yogis like me to connect, practice and learn from one another.
How did I get the name you ask? I am a fellow cat lover. I have two of my own named Mila and Roo (and of course, I like dogs too). My kitties love to stretch with me, so it only seemed right. My dream is to own a yoga studio and cat cafe together under one business.
Join me for a vinyasa/power style yoga class and connect with your breathe, strengthen your muscles and find your zen. I am currently offering classes at many locations in Downtown Raleigh, as well as, private individual and group lessons. Check out the full schedule now or contact me for more info!

Macauley Prickett
Macauley is a vinyasa based yoga teacher. She has been practicing yoga for 5 years and is 200hr yoga alliance certified. During her classes you will focus on linking breathe to movement. The intention behind this is to enter a “flow state” where you are immersed in the present moment.
Macauley is currently teaching for Zenmeowt at Standard Beer + Food (Yoga + Beers), R&D Seven Saturdays Taproom (Sunday Funday Yoga) and The Raleigh Wine Shop (Wine Wednesday Yoga). Classes are on various days/times.
Paula Fraschetti
Paula is the Founder/CEO of Oak City Yoga. She has been teaching yoga since 2017 and began her pop up business as an experiment to bring yoga to The Raleigh Beer Garden. The idea was popular so she decided to incorporate Oak City Yoga to foster the idea and grow the business under. The idea behind Oak City Yoga is to partner with local businesses and entities to make yoga affordable, accessible & social.
Paula is currently teaching for Zenmeowt at Iris Coffee Lab on Tuesday Mornings at 7am for a 45-minute Sunrise Flow. She also teaches at various other locations around Raleigh!

The Raleigh Wine Shop
The well-known neighborhood wine shop has moved to a larger location in Downtown Raleigh off South Bloodworth Street. Enjoy a glass of wine on the new outdoor patio or inside in the classy green room, 7 days a week! Check out their website to schedule a wine tasting class or private event.
Current class offerings at The Raleigh Wine Shop includes a 45-minute Wine Wednesday Yoga biweekly Wednesday evenings at 6pm! Each class will include a post-class glass of wine for each participant over 21+.
R&D Seven Saturdays Taproom
R&D Brewing opened their R&D Seven Saturdays Taproom in February 2022! We are excited to bring yoga to this brand new space off Capital Blvd right as you come into Downtown Raleigh. Enjoy a freshly brewed beer, wine or seltzer 7 days a week! Class will be held inside the taproom with the sliding glass doors open.
Current class offerings at R&D Seven Saturdays Taproom includes a 60-minute Sunday Funday Yoga biweekly Sunday mornings at 10am! Each class will include a post-class drink for each participant over 21+.
Standard Beer + Food
Standard Beer + Food has a beautiful outdoor space that we utilize for the warmer days of the year. We held our first ever Partner Yoga class at this location and it was such a success that we will be bringing more class here soon! Standard is located in Downtown Raleigh off E Franklin Street. Enjoy a freshly brewed beer and food 7 days a week!
Current class offerings at Standard Beer + Food includes a 60-minute Yoga + Beers most Saturday mornings at 10am this summer! Each class will include a post-class Beer for each participant over 21+.
Iris Coffee Lab
Iris Coffee Lab was our very first location to help launch Zenmeowt in October 2020. Iris is located at the end of Tucker street in Downtown Raleigh under the Devon Apartments. Check out their rotating seasonal offerings or stick to the classics with their evergreen drinks + food items.
Current class offerings at Iris include a 45-minute Sunrise Flow on Tuesday mornings at 7am (this one includes a coffee or tea!). Evening classes at this space will resume in Fall 2022.
Raleigh Beer Garden
Raleigh Beer Garden has been a been a staple on Glenwood South for quite a while now and we are thrilled to continue classes at this location. Class is held outside on the back deck to enjoy the beautiful warmer weather days. Check out their menu for a full list of their beers from all around the world.
Current class offerings at Raleigh Beer Garden include 45-minute Rooftop Yoga on Tuesday evenings at 6pm through fall 2022!
